Olympiad and scholarship rounds
A screening round across many schools, graded the same way for everyone
One paper and one key. Each centre scans and uploads its own sheets. Every answer is marked against the same scheme, so a student in one town is judged exactly like a student in another.
You get one merit list, per-centre reports and the questions that separated the field.
How it works
One paper, one key
Build or upload the paper and the key once. Set negative marking and tie-break rules. The key is locked before the round starts.
Upload per centre
Each centre scans its sheets and uploads one PDF to its own slot. Candidates are matched by registration number. Nothing is graded until the organiser opens grading.
One merit list
Scores, ranks and cut-offs across all centres, a report per centre, and the questions most candidates missed. Export the list or publish results to candidates privately.
What it handles
- MCQ screening rounds with negative marking
- Written rounds with step marks, graded to one scheme
- Thousands of sheets uploaded by many centres
- Registration-number matching and duplicate detection
- Merit lists with category or age-band cut-offs
- Per-centre reports for partner schools
- Private results for each candidate on a date you choose
Who uses it
Consistency is the whole point
When one paper is marked by thirty teachers in thirty centres, the merit list reflects the teachers as much as the students. Grading every sheet against one key in one place removes that. Where a centre's results look unusual, the organiser can open any sheet and see the marks and reasons beside the answer.
Suggested timeline
- Two weeks before: paper and key locked, centres given their upload links.
- Exam day: centres scan and upload; the organiser sees upload progress by centre.
- Day two: grading runs; flagged sheets are reviewed by the organising team.
- Day three: merit list published; candidates see private results.

Questions
How many candidates can a round have?
Rounds of several thousand candidates run as batches per centre and report as one list. Talk to us before a very large round so we can plan capacity with you.
Can centres see each other's results?
No. A centre sees its own candidates. The organiser sees everything.
What about disputed answers?
The organiser can change the key for a question after grading and every sheet is re-scored. Candidates can raise a re-evaluation request if you allow it.
What does a round cost?
Each candidate's sheet is one grading. We quote per round for events; book a call and bring the candidate count.
