Report cards and parent meetings
Report cards written from the marks you already have
The term's tests are already graded. Ask for report cards and each student gets a page: strengths, gaps, progress across the term and what to do next, written plainly.
Download the PDFs for the whole class or share private links before the parent meeting.
How it works
Grades are already in
Every test graded in Proctor AI through the term is already on each student's record, question by question. Nothing to re-enter.
Ask for the report cards
Say which class and which tests. Choose a template or upload your school's format. Each card is written from the student's own marks and the notes you left while grading.
Hand them over
Download all the PDFs, or share a private link per student. For the parent meeting, ask for a one-page summary of what to say to each parent.
What it produces
- A report card per student in your school's format
- Comments written from real marks, not a template of adjectives
- Progress across the term: improving, steady or slipping, per subject
- A one-page brief per parent meeting with the three things to discuss
- Class-level summary for the head of department
- PDF download for the whole class or private links
- Edits you make to any comment before it goes out
Who uses it
Comments that say something
Most report card comments are chosen from a list and say little. A comment written from the student's own tests can say that they lost marks on three chapters for the same reason, that their long answers improved after October, or that their algebra is strong and their geometry is not. Parents read that. Students act on it.
Before the parent meeting
- Ask for a one-page brief per student: strengths, two gaps, one suggestion.
- Share the report card link with the parent a day before so the meeting starts informed.
- After the meeting, note what was agreed on the student's record so the next report refers to it.

Questions
Can it use my school's report card format?
Yes. Upload a sample or describe the sections. Proctor AI fills your format rather than imposing its own.
What if a test was graded outside Proctor AI?
Add the marks in a spreadsheet and upload it. They join the student's record and appear in the report.
Can parents see the report without an account?
Yes. A private link opens the report without a sign-in. You decide what the link includes and can turn it off.
Does generating report cards use gradings?
No. Reports and documents are part of the assistant and do not use your grading allowance.
